Invico Capital Corporation is pleased to declare a one-time, non-recurring additional distribution for Invico Diversified Income Fund (“IDIF” or “the Fund”) unitholders of record as at June 30, 2023, to be paid on Friday, August 4, 2023.

This announcement marks the first additional distribution announced by IDIF this year and reflects the Fund’s strong performance in the second quarter, led primarily by the substantial deployment in private debt opportunities to numerous borrowers.

“With the strong performance of IDIF’s loan portfolio and subsequent resulting interest income, the Fund was able to generate cash flows above our base distribution targets,” said Jason Brooks, President at Invico and Portfolio Manager of IDIF. “We are pleased to reward our unitholders with an additional distribution and return the realized gains from the second quarter back to our investors.”

This announcement represents an additional aggregate amount of $2.1 million in distributions for IDIF unitholders in the second quarter. Investors have now received a total aggregate of over $10.5 million in distributions above the target rate since April 2022, as IDIF issued four additional distributions during the 2022 calendar year.
