We are seeking a motivated and tech-savvy Summer Student to join us as an AI & Automation Analyst. This is an exciting opportunity for a student interested in applying artificial intelligence, workflow automation, and data tools to real business challenges. You will work closely with business solutions and operations teams to identify manual processes, test AI solutions, build automation workflows, and improve efficiency across the organization.
Responsibilities
- Research and evaluate AI tools for business use cases
- Assist in building workflow automations by Microsoft tools or coding scripts
- Support development of internal AI skills
- Analyze current manual processes and recommend automation opportunities
- Help organize, clean, and structure company knowledge and RAG solutions
- Test new tools and document findings
- Prepare user guides, SOPs, and training materials
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and feedback
Education and Experience
- Currently enrolled in university or college (Computer Science, Software Engineering, Data Analytics, or related field)
- Strong interest in AI, automation, and emerging technology
- Analytical mindset with problem-solving ability
- Good communication and organizational skills
- Comfortable learning new software quickly
- Prior project experience in AI Agent or automations
