Prometa Fund Services Inc., the third-party provider to the Fundserv platform that acts as a data-exchange and transaction-processing intermediary and does not hold client assets or investor money, continues to work through system restoration following a cybersecurity incident that began on November 26, 2025. This outage has affected more than 45 Canadian fund issuers, including Invico Capital Corporation (“Invico”).

We are pleased to confirm that monthly distributions for October 2025 have now been successfully processed and paid to Invico Diversified Income Fund (“IDIF”) unitholders. Quarterly advisor trailer payments for Q3 2025 remain outstanding due to ongoing processing delays connected to Prometa’s system outage. Q3 2025 trailers are expected to be processed in the coming days, and we will publish another update as soon as their payment has been processed.
